It appears that an ISP in north western Mexico has started blocking access to your site.
For about the last month or more I was under the impression that Cryptocomb was defunct, as I could never get the domain to open. I thought nothing of this apart from the typical frustration at interesting sites being closed down.
However, I saw today that Cryptome.org referenced an update to your site and I checked via the free proxy hidemyass.com and there you were again... and with a whole load of new information for me to catch up on!
The isp in question is Telefonos del Noroeste in Tijuana.
